Join ForestPlanet and their good friends from Tree Friends United for an afternoon of clearing invasive vines from the lovely grounds of Glen Echo Park.
English Ivy, kudzu, porcelain-berry, and Japanese honeysuckle are taking over the joint, but we're coming together to fight back.
It's free to attend. You'll meet people from Cornell Club as well as other folks concerned about environmental conservation.
Register in two steps: a) at the organization's web site at https://events.humanitix.com/de-vine (takes 3 minutes and includes a waiver form, how to prepare, what to wear, where to park and instructional videos). All questions about the event should be directed to that entity. b) If you register here for Cornell Club (please do!) we will know the Cornellians to look for. Bring a friend!
