Board of Directors

The Cornell Club of Washington is governed by a volunteer board of directors, which is chaired by the president. The board consists of the elected officers, the immediate past president, 10 directors elected by the club membership, and up to five directors appointed by the president. Officers are elected for one-year terms beginning on July 1, with the exception of the two-year term for the treasurer. Elected directors serve a two-year term, and appointed directors serve a one-year term.

All CCW members are warmly welcomed to attend our monthly Board Meetings to meet the following volunteers and explore how we get work accomplished. (Most of our monthly meetings are "hybrid" with some folks attending in person and additional people attending via Zoom.)
