Spend a fall afternoon in a small gathering at my home to learn how to make kombucha per the method described at
Come sip some of my fermented home brew as you meet other Cornellians. Learn how easy it is to make kombucha, and take away a scoby with which you can get your own batch started. Registration limited to 8 due to space restrictions; a wait list will be maintained. You're asked to bring a (glass is best) container for transporting your scoby home... and one of the following: wedge of good cheese, bottle of wine, six of seltzer or other non-alcoholic beverage. I'll have fresh fruit, crackers, hummus and veggies. Enjoy good conversation to include brainstorming potential events to enjoy with CCW!
