The Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy, in partnership with the American Enterprise Institute, invites you to attend an event with other thought leaders on the Reconstruction of Ukrainian Infrastructure.

Led by Professor R. Richard Geddes, Founder and Academic Director of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy, we plan to host thought-provoking discussions on the policy implications of infrastructure delivery in this war-torn nation.

Panel Discussion:

  • Robert Zoellick, eleventh president of the World Bank Group (currently planned as remote participation, but may attend in person)
  • Natalie Jaresko, Managing Director EY-Parthenon, Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy and former Ukraine Minister of Finance
  •  Senator Rob Portman (R-Ohio), recently retired from the U.S. Senate and now Distinguished Visiting Fellow in the Practice of Public Policy at AEI
  • Matthew Murray, International Expert on Innovating Solutions to Systemic Corruption, Adjunct Professor, Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs/Harriman Institute
