Join Anne Anderson, DC League of Women Voters, to hear about the latest news on the drive for DC Statehood.  She will present a short PowerPoint that covers historical highlights, provide updates from the Hill and the DC Statehood Coalition, with discussion, Q & A, and suggestions for how to help to follow.

Anne Anderson is Chair of the LWVDC Committee for Full Rights for DC Citizens.  She has lived in DC since 1964--the first year that DC citizens were allowed to vote for president since its founding.  She has worked on DC Statehood since 1971.
