We are honored to be have Dr. Herbert Acquay as our distinguished speaker. Dr. Acquay was the World Bank’s Manager for the Environment, Water Resources and Climate Change Unit for South Asia, based in New Delhi, from 2010- 2015. Dr. Acquay holds a Ph.D. degree in Natural Resource Policy and Management from Cornell University.
