Halfway There: Men's Hockey Wins Game One Against Harvard, 5-1
ITHACA, N.Y. -- Riley Nash and Nick D'Agostino had a pair of goals and an assist each as the Cornell men's hockey team scored a 5-1 victory over Harvard in game one of the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals on Friday night at Lynah Rink. Frozen First: Cornell Women's Hockey Advances To NCAA Semis With 6-2 Win At Harvard
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- The Cornell women's ice hockey team made its first NCAA tournament appearance a memorable one, advancing to the Frozen Four with an impressive 6-2 win over fourth-seeded Harvard on Friday evening at the Bright Hockey Center. Friday's Baseball, Softball Games Washed Out
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- The Cornell baseball team will have to wait at least another day to open the 2010 season, as Friday's baseball season opener at Villanova has been postponed due to rain in Philadelphia, Pa. Cornell softball will also have to wait a day before beginning the Mason Cherry Blossom Classic, as its game with Niagara was also cancelled.

Baseball Opens Season on Road in Pursuit of Ivy Title

The end of a dreadful winter is an especially welcome sight for the Cornell baseball team, which begins its season on the road at Villanova with first pitch scheduled for 1:00 p.m. The Red then travels to St. Joseph’s for a Saturday afternoon matinee, and concludes its opening weekend against Temple in Philadelphia, Pa. on Sunday. /p
