Dyson Professor of Marketing.</p>
<p>Referred to by ABC News as “The Food Psychologist,” Professor Wansink focuses his research on ways that ads, packaging and personality traits influence the usage frequency and usage volume of healthy foods. His findings have been widely featured on <cite>20/20</cite>, NBC News, The Learning Channel, many publications, on the front pages of <cite>The Wall Street Journal </cite>and <cite>The New York Times</cite>, and recently on the front of the February 12th <cite>Washington Post Health</cite> section.
