Softball Team

Springtime means softball! The Cornell Alumni softball team has been in the Capital Alumni Network (CAN) league almost since the beginning, over a dozen years ago, with some very good years. The league consists of about 70 teams from other DC-area alumni associations.

Weekday games are played on the Ellipse, Washington Monument or Ohio Drive Fields (near the Lincoln Memorial). Weekend games are at Hensley Fields in Alexandria.  Our 2012 record was 8-6 with 2 wins in the season ending tournament.

PLAYERS NEEDED! We have a number of players returning from last year’s team, but always need more experienced players, male and female. August 11th/12th and 18th/19th - 16th Annual CAN Softball Tourney at Goddard, MD

August 23rd/24th - Rainout dates (Please no rain this year, please)
