Is There More to the Core? · Cancelled

Wednesday Jan 25 20126:30 pm

By now most people who exercise know that it is important that they work their "core.” But do you really know which muscles make up the core, why they really are important, and how to effectively train these muscles?

This seminar and exercise class will provide you with information and instruction to help you to:

-          understand which muscles really comprise the core

-          develop improved body awareness of your core muscles

-          know how to properly activate these muscle groups for effective strengthening.

You will learn and practice core stability exercises that you can progress on your own as you get stronger, and receive one-on-one tips to help you correct and improve your exercise form.
