Solar Decathlon House Tours and Alumni Reception

Following tours of the Cornell Solar Decathlon house on the National Mall, there will be an alumni reception featuring presentations by Cornell deans, professors and the CUSD student team. 

Prior to the reception, Cornell staff, students, and faculty will be available to greet alumni, facilitate tours, and  answer questions through to 6pm. The Cornell Alumni Reception begins at 6:30pm at The Reagan Building.  The program will kick off with Interim Dean Chris Ober of the College of Engineering and Dean Kent Kleinman of the College of Architecture, Art, & Planning at 7:15pm; followed by several faculty advisors and, of course, the CUSD Student Team.  There will be an opportunity for Q&A, as well as, a dessert reception and continued time to mingle from 9-9:30pm.  Details will be continually updated at: http://www.cen.cornell.edu/index.cfm/events.details?eventID=447&regionID=0&srchType=future

We encourage Cornellians to stop by the CUSD house either before the reception or throughout the two week competition. All 20 competing houses will be displayed and open to the public during this time and tours are free.
