Summer Planning Meeting

This is a working meeting over a potluck lunch for all outgoing and incoming board members and officers, committee chairs, members, and other CCW “activists.”

Please RSVP via email to Kim Jones by Friday July 3rd with whether or not you plan to attend and what food you would like to bring.

Provided will be a grill and charcoal, paper goods and utensils, soda and beer. Attendees are asked to bring food for about 8 - 10 people. You may bring drinks, but please no glass containers. Meeting is on, rain or shine.
