Prior to founding the boutique executive search firm Andrews & Cole, LLC in 2002, Nicole DelToro was a nationally-ranked top manager, producer, and trainer for Kforce Professional Staffing. Her current corporate clients range from Fortune 100 to emerging companies in a variety of industries including technology, media, real estate, biotech, and financial services. She has counseled individuals ranging from executives to entry level professionals on career management, resume preparation, interviewing, decision making, and negotiations. Nicole is a 1991 graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences at Cornell University.
