Come join fellow Cornell alumni and other DC professionals to celebrate Ramadan with the Diwan Foundation’s 2^nd annual Cornell Iftar in DC. Iftar commemorates the nightly breaking of the fast during the month of Ramadan in which millions of Muslims around the world have abstained from food and drink from dawn until dusk. The Diwan Foundation, an organization which helps raise funds for cultural outreach and awareness on Cornell’s campus, would like to invite all members of the CCW and guests to join us for this event. We promise great food, conversation, and company!

The Diwan Foundation was founded by alumni of Cornell University as a financial vehicle for supporting Muslim life on campus, through the establishment of a chaplaincy program and Muslim-centered programming.
