Join CACWN for a conversation about how to create and maintain a strong company culture, including as your company grows. What is the right culture for your organization, and how do you foster it? To answer these and other questions, we’re pleased to welcome Deborah Marriott Harrison to talk about her role in working with Marriott International’s associates, owners, franchisees, and business councils around the world to promote and protect Marriott’s culture and legacy.

Our speaker, Deborah Marriott Harrison, is the Global Officer, Culture and Business Councils, at Marriott International. She previously held a number of other positions with Marriott, including accounting and operations and, more recently, as head of the company’s government relations group. Harrison is a Phi Kappa Phi graduate of Brigham Young University.
