Are you moving through your career without any strategic vision? Do you feel stuck? Is lack of direction affecting not only your work life, but also other areas of your life? Learn how to get your career on track.

This event is intended help to professionals manage a career transition or find direction. We will be looking at the big picture of where you want to be going with your career through a series of fun, interactive exercises.  We will cover the 3 most important things to take into account when creating a career plan and the 5 biggest stumbling blocks people face when following through with their plan.  You will walk away from this event with greater clarity around your career direction.

Speaker Bio: Alison Elissa Cardy is a professional career direction coach who specializes in helping people get unstuck and onto satisfying career paths.   Over the past five years she has worked with hundreds of people to improve their careers through speaking engagements, workshops, and one on one coaching.  Alison’s work has been featured on Monster, Forbes, the Huffington Post, and the Chicago Tribune.  Her website is www.alisonelissa.com.

Parking info: Street parking is limited, and specified for Zone 6 permits.  Parking without residential restrictions is available at meters on Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the building.  Long term pay parking is available under the bridge at 8th and I Streets, SE or at a PMI lot on 7th Street across from Eastern Market.
