Campus Trips for High School Students
Every autumn, the Cornell Club of Washington, in cooperation with CAAAN, organizes trips from Washington to Ithaca, where prospective students can participate in campus tours, overnight stays in dorms, and classroom visits. Since the 1980s these trips have attracted local residents as well as people from Germany, Turkey, Hungary, Hong Kong, Morocco, Brazil, and Gambia. People are delighted to take these trips, and in these visits they learn that Cornell is their First Choice, or that specialized programs are exactly what they want to study.
